We are two Design Director colleagues who were searching for a new creative focus outside Fashion. During this contemplative time a handsome dog joined one of our families…
The search to find beautiful product with design integrity for her that also looked good in our home our was a challenge… this ignited a creative spark. And that spark became Hound Dog Collective created in our London Hackney and Kent coast studios.

As creators we are committed to reducing our impact on the planet. Hound Dog Collective champions conscious consumption – buy less, consider, invest in the best. Thoughtful innovative design, subtle understated detail and the highest quality workwear materials ensure that all our pieces age beautifully. We support craftmanship and sustainable practices, making in small batches with our independent UK suppliers reducing waste and carbon footprint.
QUALITY IS WHAT WE DO
We’ve chosen to use the best. Premium grade vegetable tanned full-grain English leather with solid brass hardware from our West Midlands foundry. Wax twills from UK established mills Halley Stevenson and British Millerain. Luxurious real sheep wool fleece. Durable hand thrown stoneware in Staffordshire speckled clay with Solid European Oak trays made in Kent.
Our workwear inspired palette for interiors has longevity and style. We use the staples of tan, olive, navy with Yves Klein blue, damson and orange highlights.
And the grown up bit: after extensive research our product is problem solving. City short leads, O-ring Collars, anti-spill feeding stations, thermally regulating travel mats, waterproof coats.
And the dog that joined us? A relentless high achiever and stalwart of Quality Control, Lottie the Pointer has spent the first two years of her life rigorously testing all products to the extreme.
